2. Use and debugging
Q: How to adjust the packaging length?
A: Modify the parameters through the touch screen and adjust synchronously:
The position of the color mark sensor (to ensure accurate alignment of the printed film).
The phase of the cutter (matching the packaging length).
Calibrate the number of servo motor pulses if necessary.
Q: What should I do if the film deviates?
A: Check according to the steps:
Check whether the film roll is installed flat and whether the guide rollers are parallel.
Adjust the automatic deviation correction device (if any), or manually fine-tune the guide rollers.
Clean the photoelectric sensor (abnormal color mark detection will cause deviation).
Q: Is the seal not firm or leaking?
A: Possible reasons:
Insufficient temperature → Increase the temperature of the heat sealing knife (PE film is usually 130~180℃).
Uneven pressure → Adjust the cylinder pressure or replace the silicone strip.
The film material does not match → Confirm that the film heat sealing layer (such as CPP) is compatible with the temperature.
3.Maintenance and care
Q: What daily maintenance needs to be done?
A: Daily: Clean the heat sealing knife and guide roller, and check the oil level of the air line oil mist.
Weekly: Lubricate the chain/guide rail and tighten the screws.
Monthly: Check the tightness of the servo motor belt and clean the dust in the electric control box.
Q: How to maintain the machine during long-term shutdown?
A: Remove the remaining film roll to avoid deformation of the film.
Apply anti-rust oil to the heat sealing knife.
Disconnect the power supply and cover the dust cover.
