Product Description
The drying room is an efficient and energy-saving industrial-grade drying equipment, which adopts heat pump/electric heating/gas technology and is suitable for the rapid dehydration and drying of fruits and vegetables, seafood, wood, industrial parts and other materials. It has the characteristics of precise temperature control, energy saving and power saving, durability and anti-corrosion, helping customers improve drying efficiency by more than 30% and reduce operating costs.
Working principle
The high-temperature heat pump drying unit mainly consists of fourparts: evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve.
The refrigerant continuously completes the thermal cycle ofevaporation(absorbing heat from the outdoor environment)→compression → condensation (releasing heat in the indoor dryingroom)→throttling →re-evaporation, thereby transferring the heatfrom the external low-temperature environment to the drying room.The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of thecompressor.

Machine Features
The electric oven adopts advection/through-flow heating, so the materials can be heated evenly, with high drying efficiency and more uniformity. Equipped with an intelligent dehumidification system, when the humidity reaches the set value, the fan will automatically turn on to dehumidify; when the humidity is lower than the set value, the fan will be turned off, and the hot air will be recycled to save more electricity.
